Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TASKU, a monthly planning service provided by ANOS Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using TASKU, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  1. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and are responsible for managing your account securely.
  2. You may not allow another person to use your account or transfer or lend it to anyone else.
  3. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, please contact us promptly.

3. Using TASKU

TASKU is a tool for organizing monthly goals, plans, actions, and reflections. Its classifications and displays are intended to support your own decisions and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • violate any law, regulation, or public policy;
  • infringe the rights, interests, or privacy of another person;
  • interfere with TASKU or place an excessive load on the service;
  • access TASKU without authorization, analyze it unlawfully, or exploit a vulnerability; or
  • engage in any other conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TASKU, including its software, text, images, design, and trademarks, belong to us or their respective rights holders. You retain the rights to content you enter into TASKU.

6. Changes and Suspension

We may change, interrupt, or suspend all or part of TASKU when reasonably necessary for maintenance, incident response, security, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. We do not guarantee that TASKU will always be available, error-free, or perfectly suited to your intended purpose.
  2. If you suffer loss due to a matter attributable to us, we will be responsible in accordance with applicable law.

8. Suspension and Account Closure

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict your use of TASKU or suspend your account without prior notice. You may request account closure using the method we provide.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary because of changes in law, TASKU, or our operations. We will provide clear notice of material changes. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown with them.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to TASKU.
