ANOS Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information about people who use TASKU (“the Service”) appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.

We may collect:
- account settings such as a user identifier, language, and time zone;
- monthly goals, plans, actions, importance and urgency settings, and reflections you enter;
- usage information such as access times, interactions, device and browser information, and error data; and
- your email address and message when you contact us.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide TASKU, verify users, and manage accounts;
- store and display monthly plans, actions, and reflections;
- respond to inquiries and send important service notices;
- prevent misuse, maintain security, and resolve incidents; and
- understand service usage and improve TASKU.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless you consent, disclosure is required by law, or it is necessary to protect a person’s life, physical safety, or property.
5. Service Providers
We use Cloudflare services for hosting, data storage, security, and content delivery. When we use a service provider, we select and oversee it appropriately.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
TASKU may use cookies and similar technologies when necessary to maintain login state and language settings or to protect the Service. We currently do not use cookies for advertising or third-party analytics.
7. Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures—including access controls, protected communications, and backups—to help prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. After an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize its information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for security purposes.
9. Your Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your personal information. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or in TASKU. We will provide clear notice of material changes through the Service.
